Welcome to Lindsay Goodman Physiotherapy!

A couple of notes about booking.

  1. If you are struggling to find a time to book, please reach out to me or join the waitlist. I can make accommodations for patients in need, if necessary.

  2. I am located in Level 10 fitness on Harbourside Dr. You can wait in the lobby once you arrive and I will come to get you on your first visit. My space is up a flight of stairs, if you have accessibility needs that prevent you from using stairs, please send me a message!

  3. Please wear appropriate clothing for the area being assessed. Please wear shorts for a lower limb injury (knee, ankle, hip, low back), and a sports bra for ladies and/or tank top for upper back, shoulders, elbows. Because we are in a gym facility, if we go onto the gym floor they require footwear, so please bring footwear to accommodate going into the gym space (sneakers, running shoes).

  4. If you have any concerns or questions about anything, please don’t hesitate to reach out!

Thank you for your support and for trusting me with your care!

Lindsay graduated from Robert Gordon University in Scotland with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2015. After completing her MSc, she moved back to Toronto, where she spent several years developing her craft. Her motto is “movement is medicine”. Her goal is to not only get people back to activity, but also get them stronger and more resilient than before.

Her foundation and knowledge of movement stems from her unique background as both a dancer and athlete. This helped to shape her educational focus, exploring ways to utilize movement to help her patients return to doing what they love. Her passion for strength training started during her prep for IDFA figure competition (bodybuilding) in 2007, and continued to build as she became a personal trainer, and continues to guide her treatment plans.

She continued with her passion for learning through training to get certifications in dry needling (CIDN/IMS), and concussion management. In 2022, she returned to University of Western Ontario to obtain a Masters of Clinical Sciences in Advanced Healthcare Practice with a speciality in Comprehensive Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, which also afforded her an FCAMPT designation.
